Buenos Aires, my beloved birthplace, offered me daily lessons in agility, leadership and empathy since early age. Three major socio-economic crises taught me to focus on what really matters and to remain calm and positive when facing adversity. Argentina lives in my heart. Switzerland is my home now.

I would like to describe my professional career as a tango. In the early phase, there were many quick moves displaying boldness and passion to perform within the reinsurance industry. Then, I reached a climax combining reinsurance mastery with dazzling steps into wine-making and real estate. The final phase – which started in January 2026 – will be dominated by subtle movements shifting the attention from my performance to the music and inspiring others to dance. Now my goal is enabling people and companies to tune-in with the rhythm of market developments and dance at the right pace with confidence and grace. I am ready to gradually leave the spotlight and move the needle from the Boardroom.
